PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

We know how important the confidentiality and security of your personal information is. We have established a policy for the protection of personal information and implemented controls to ensure that your personal information is protected. The following principles flow from this policy:

RESPONSIBILITY:

Saia Barbarese Topouzanov architectes (SBTA) is responsible for the protection and security of your personal information sent to us as part of your file. Rest assured that we respect the law which governs personal and confidential information.

Our policy for controlling confidential information concerning you is designed in the aim to protect it against loss and unauthorized access. You are allowed to rectify outdated or erroneous information at any time, or revoke your consent by communicating with us in writing.

When compiling a file, SBTA determines the purpose of the file, namely the purposes for which personal information is collected.

CONSENT:

SBTA must inform the data subject and obtain their consent for any collection, use or communication of personal information concerning them, subject to certain exceptions provided for by law. Consent can be given in writing, verbally, electronically or through an authorized representative, and may also be implicit.

COLLECTION LIMITATION:

SBTA only collects the personal information necessary for the purpose of the file, and this, in the limits permitted by law.

DATA RETENTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY:

SBTA only retains personal information contained in a file for the duration necessary to achieve its purpose and in accordance with the law. Subsequently, the retained personal information will be destroyed. The information is stored in files that are secured with passwords and/or in locked filing cabinets. Only authorized persons have access to it.

TRANSPARENCY:

SBTA provides interested persons with all information relating to its policies and procedures regarding the protection of personal information. In addition, a copy of the policy can be obtained upon request.

INFORMATION AND COMPLAINTS:

Anyone can contact SBTA for an inquiry or to file a complaint regarding the policies and procedures put in place for the protection of personal information.
